Renekton balanced?

Can anyone tell me how this champ is balanced in any way, shape or form? And since there is no valid answer is there any reason he isn't being nerfed to shit? Idk what champ counters or can go even with him, unless you just sit at tower all lane, but even if you do that then he can still dive you because his ult makes him basically unkillable while only building damage. Pretty dumb champ if you ask me, not a hard champ and can literally 1v2 or 1v3 early game and 1v5 late. Champ needs nerf.

Play jax or darius. Kill him once and the lanes over. Teemo is the hardest counter though you literally have to afk as teemo to lose to renek that being said there are a decent amount of ranged matchups that make renek useless like quinn or gnar just kick or jump away when he dashes

Just pick a ranged champion, don't get ganked, and he becomes useless. Or pick a tank, force a farm lane, and he becomes useless. Even if he gets 1-2 kills in lane, he eventually becomes useless.
