If you play the game a lot you are less likely to fill If you win games a lot (ie you aren't usually trolling) you are less likely to fill If you've been around longer you are less likely to fill.
and maybe make it so that guys who try hard are less likely to fill. If you get an A or higher in your last game you should get like a -5% chance to fill lol
