When I'm under tower dying because the enemy ADC doesn't know anything about wave management and just continues pushing me, then you should probably fucking gank the lane, especially when they're doing it CONSTANTLY without thinking.

Dukues2 votesMeh it goes both ways. Maybe they figure they too weak and if they come down to gank it will just lead to more kills for enemy. Not everything is black and white.
Shadow Hazard1 votesQuite frankly if they are losing on their own under tower, the jungler will most likely increasing the power of the enemy that your ally solo fed. From the sounds of the situation that the OP described it seems more like they were the ones playing dumb and blamed the jungler for losing.
