I need help

I dont know what the fk is wrong anymore. I went from g4 promos to fking silver 3 hardstuck s1 i cant climb out idk what to do. I cant deal with this fking meta. Game is decided by one player. Every lane loses i cant 1v5 if i dont get a huge lead and even if i am ahead with a lead i try going to other lanes to help push after taking my tower yet they already inted the entire enemy team i cant climb idk what it is i cant climb. I go into games believing my team sucks and they will just lose me the game and im right every single time. They cant help themselves from going 0/5 in lane its unbelievable I need help climbing tips anything what can i do or play. I mained irelia but they're fling gutting her so i went back to ad with draven and vayne but even when ahead i lose either the enem ys comp is better or my teammates just lost lane so hard we lose every fight how can i carry what can i do before sht talking me about my kdas look at my teammates kdas aswell i start the game off well even if im in a losing lane i dont feed but just keep farming waiting for power spikes but every lane loses to make a difference and even if i do get fed every other lane is already super fed aswell on the enemy
