I get 2 trolls in a row good matchmaking first I get a butthurt xhin who gets cheesed at blue then gets called bad by our tryndamere he then proceeds to throw and int the rest of the game by afking in fights or under towers. The game after I get a fking jinx mid building mana even though we got 2 kills due to cheesing. She just dies repeatedly to the fking udyr causing him to get super fed while also feeding the ori. She dies spawns runs back dies again like wtf. Doing a stupid fking build playing troll pick champ. Wtf riot what ur game. Yet u ban "Toxic" players who call people bad and thjese people just fking waste peoples time and lp g kwfk wjuyjueri sdael, vews

Trolls and inters do get banned but because they're getting smarter about how they avoid detection (and because Riot wants to try to avoid punishing innocent players as much as possible) it's harder to catch them in the act compared to simple chat-related offenses. Gameplay related offenses when proven to be on purpose are assigned a 2-week ban as the first punishment. In case you don’t believe me on this point here are a couple examples of gameplay trolls being banned. Yes it’s just a few examples, but it proves that they do get punished.
