Yea just make a champ that needs optimal circumstances to do decent worse than he is right now He's not strong in the current meta If you dont like his heal get an item with grevious wound on it

Ok ... problem with that is Q is pretty much subpar without the windup heal. Inside the circle? Take a 1/3 damage, no heal or hemhorage stack. Outside? Same except no damage.

With the recent buffs to W and E, I'll typically max Q last simply because it is only good for healing and base damage.

However, if a nerf to Darius's healing needs to be made, I recommend nerfing it to 8% missing health but have it trigger off of more opponents.
