An Unpopular Opinion on Surrendering

Believe it or not, most games could potentially be turned around, even though the chances may be slightly less if you are behind. Play safe, focus on objectives, and maybe if you play well that sweet sweet victory screen will pop up.

please take this advice with a measured degree of salt

Welcome to a game mostly played by kids. Most of them are bad sports, either defeatist or tilted, and surrender too easily. Thus they are bronze V when they could probably be a lot higher.

"unpopular opinion"

When my team is behind by 20+ kills, lost every drake that ever spawned, every enemy (support included) is a level above our best player, and the enemy takes baron easily with little or no contest, and any time we have an opportunity to team fight, my allies jump in one at a time to die.

It is time to call it quits and start fresh.

Sorry if this is an unpopular opinion given the number of times 2 people vote no and state "we got this, just pls grp and we win".

No, no, NO! Grouping against a fed enemy does nothing but present more targets to the enemy so they can win faster.

That is not unpopular, tbh. I've lost too many games that I could've won because my teammates decided to surrender (not feed, not troll, SURRENDER).

There are certain criteria for me to surrender:

They stronger late.

we are behind by a lot.

People are not learning.

i cant carry.

If all three align then i ff.

if i want to surrender chances are i'm not interested in the game or my teammates

wasting my time just pushes me to the point where i'll start just going AFK when my team holds me hostage
