Nocturne need buffs

As of right now there is no point in picking him over lee, j4 and vi. Nocturne lacks a form of escape and he actually needs to buy damage in order to do damage. Everything he does fotm junglers can do better. If riot is going to buff him, atleast give him the ability to walk through walls as someone said in the forum.
