A Comprehensive Taric Rework(Bring The Gem Knight Back)

As one of my first mains , I'll always have a soft spot in my heart for Taric. Although it seems he's been all but forgotten(except the fan base). So was league's wikia site and saw multiple attempts at a rework and thought, "Why not Taric?" Quickly I had some funny or cool ways to keep his identity as a healing tank with a bit of cc but also make him no so bland. I'm not great on the number aspects so be kind(add your suggestions if you want). I just want Taric to be playable again.

First of "No Longer Uses Mana" Everything just has CD like and the countless others.

Passive- Imbued Taric Embeds a gem in an ally. Taric binds to target ally. Target Ally heals for 5-10% of all damage dealt by Taric.

NOTE This would work a lot like Passive with a set range

Q- Refracted CD- 20/19/18/17/15 Taric raised his shield and reflects all damage for a single spell back at the caster. Must be facing spell. Does not effect cc, or spells from other directions.

NOTE This "DOES NOT" cancel, stop or impede any long- range, aoe, or multi-target ablities. Only the damage dealt to taric gets reflected. Any DoT only the first tick would be reflected. This is not a spell shield or cc parry.

W- Shatter CD- 10 This is what support Taric is known for, that added armor buff/shred. The buff would remain, but only for the Imbued, and is lost while on cd. The shred would remain unchanged.

E- Dazzle CD- 14/13/12/11/10 Throw a gem in a straigt line that explodes on impact in a small radius. Skill shot 3/4 the range it has now. First target hit is slowed by 90% for 1 sec. All targets in the radial splash take reduced damage and are slowed by 25% for .25 secs

R-Radiance CD- 75 Taric shatters his hammer buffing his imbued while lowering his own ad. All damage dealt from this is the same only in a diamond shape instead of a circle <-> Something like an 50% or more swap of ad.

NOTE Other Idea was to have the diamond shape and the "Imbued" would get an ad buff for all enemy champs hit within the aoe. 2% ad buff for every enemy hit. Let me know which you'd think is better.

Was looking at the trivia for Taric as I was finishing this.This still could reference "gem socketing" as you're socketing and ally now. :)
