Low priority queue timer reset, trolling, and dodging.

i have a friend in low priority queue timers for a few games it often gets these and its problematic to say the least due to the fact that they are 20 minutes each time... I know it probably not my place to say that they should get a pass on their timers since they have left games but i dont believe they should be punished for someone in their group leaving or declining queue and then have to wait another 20 minute queue without reducing the number of times they have to wait left, especially since they already waited the 20 minute queue already. i hope you make some changes to this so people arent sitting in a queue with someone for an hour and a half just because other people cant wait of the 20 minute timer.

Tell your friend to stop leaving games and he don't get LPQ.

Also tell him to thank a higher power that RIOT don't ban accounts for frequent trips to the LPQ and just suck it up and deal with his punishment in it's current pathetic state that fixes nothing anyway.
