Meddler on Brand. What about Zyra?

Meddler: "Still looking to do a bit of work on Brand at some point, see if we can make him a better choice in mid lane, rather than being as skewed towards a support as he is."

I understand why we're doing this but this is a bit infuriating. Why is Zyra mid allowed to stay in the dumpster with zero attempts and no communication on behalf of Riot to fix it just because of her support power? There was clear sentiment upon her rework that she would be balanced around being viable as BOTH mid and support. So far we've only seen nerfs to balance out her support power and absolutely nothing to compensate her mid. I'd like to see some Rioter talk about how Zyra mid can see some play in the future.

I think zyra mid would need less cc to be able to be, without being broken support. Im not an expert

zyra can't mid period and brand outperforms zyra in every way in her pigeon holed support role, and naturally riot buffs brand to sell his skin and leaves zyra in her mediocre state. riot has never liked zyra. she had an era of being lane dominant for 3-5 patches and now she's back to being a completely forgotten and underplayed champion while riot continues to buff her counterparts who are already outperforming her.

"Zyra can;t mid period" Yes, she can. I've done it, I do it. It's fun and completely possible.
