ARAM is meant to be a short game mode
Too bad you have to spend 20 minutes of dodging champ select to actually play it.

A player at the bottom 5% of the ARAM MMR distribution will get more teammates/opponents than are LEGITMATE BOT ACCOUNTS than ARAM ONLY ACCOUNTS.
It's a non-existent problem (which Riot has confirmed) that statistically WILL NEVER HAPPEN to AwesomeGuyDJ (and countless other throngs of BronzeLords).
Or you play the champion you're given, hence "All Random All Mid".
Actually. If you make all champs available so that everyone has the same odds, people will feel less inclined to dodge because thety feel they need to counter these ARAM accounts. Even if very few of those actually exist according to Riot. In fact, given how many more "useless ARAM champs" it will add to the account of the dodgers (who likely at some point started selecting the champs they bought based on ARAM playabilty), they would need to dodge substantially more to get the champs they deem playable. Thus weeding them out because it will stop being worth it due to dodge timer penalties.
They need to increase the ban timer for dodging in ARAM. It's stupid. You queue up for a game that is explicitly designed to give you a random champion to add a level of mystery to how you are going to play.
If you dodge you defeat the purpose of queuing up for the mode. It isn't All Mains All Mid.
Sidenote: if it is meant to be a short game mode, someone needs to talk to Rito. I had a game last night that was almost 30 minutes. So much for 'hopping on for a quick game.'
That is getting worse too with all the bots. That game was 30 minutes because our bot Tryn was holding up our 5 man push.
