I need to improve. Any tips?
I really would like to do better this year in league. In attitude, skill, and leadership. Any tips on this?

Attitude: Be friendly to people. That helps alot. Don't instalock - call a role. If someone on your team is being bad, don't get mad at them. They may start to pick up their game.
Skill: Make a custom game with 5v5 intermediate bots and practice farming, etc on your own. Practice building, turret diving, ward coverage, and map awareness. This should help a lot.
Leadership: Keep in mind that people may not always do what you say; they can have their opinions. Don't focus on someone else, focus on what you are doing.
