In no particular order.
And for the obvious "Singed is easy!" I'm specifically talking about the curve of being able to be efficient with proxying and splitting. He takes a different kind of skill that a lot of people do not use and that makes it a challenge.
Right now? My bet is on Akali. You cannot master something if you're not allowed to pick that in games.
I don't recommend playing her either way, because she's a rework.

They are champions that have a lot of differents combos possible, and that are never boring to play :)
First off there's a difference between playing a champ that can kill someone and mastering the champ. for example can kill basically anyone 1v1, but falls off late game. Same with .

Master Yi is pretty hard to master. Spamming Q and right click for 1000+ games can really do a number on your joints.

Because of the "R". I don't think that you can learn that ability, it is just a very difficult ult to use especially in teamfights cause you really need to think fast, one bad ult can really lose the game.
And of course, there are these types of people, who never played :
First type: If you don't ult your teammate, because you would also save a carry in the enemy team, they will just ping your ult and ask why didn't you use it. Second type: You ult them (teammates) and saved them but they just flash out of it cause they get scarred and they think that a flash on 10hp will save them and now you just wasted your long CD ult congratulations.
So only about a ~10% of the time you will get a really good ult off.

i think every champion that has energy is hard to master because of their timing.
especially if you try to use your ult to bait.
Before you call me out on Caitlyn bias, consider the fact the trap management is something that takes forever to get good with. Weve all seen those flashy Caitlyn trap plays.

Even though Cait is super easy to pick up, she's ridiculously hard to master. Played her for 40+ levels now, and still can't get past mastery 5.
