Any talk of new maps?

i've played league for years, and i will continue to. but i was just wondering if Riot had been considering making new maps for 5v5 gameplay or maybe a new game mode that will STAY, and have a ranked queue. The monotony is getting a little boring. But props to riot for keeping the game interesting for this long on a single map!

Meanwhile DotA 2 recently gave its community the tools to do basically anything they want.
