Is the remake start time 30 seconds or one minute...???

Ok so, according to your own website FAQ:

A team has one minute after the 3 minute mark to start a remake vote, and 30 seconds in which to vote. I just had a ranked game in which I tried to start a vote at 3:42, and was denied, saying you are only allowed a 30 second window (3:00-3:30) in which to start said vote.

This (obviously) cost us the game and elo.

Is this a bug? Or is the FAQ page wrong? Surely that rule isn't different on different servers? That would be complete imbalance.

I'm beyond annoyed right now, so I'd appreciate a response.

I'd happily test it myself, except it is a rare occurrence for someone to not connect, and I'm not going to ruin other peoples' games to find out.
