LoL Match History Shyv damage how do I fight it

Greetings all

I recently had a game versus a Shyv top and lost but the thing that was hard for me was the fact she did so much damage in trades so I was wondering how can I lane aginst her in the future. Also, what champs are good counters to her in lane. I was the Cho during that game and the match history is posted so please comment about ways to fight her. Keep in mind that I only play tank and fighters. Rember to keep it civil and don't be rude if you do reports will come.
