Pyke bounty will immedietly be given to you.
And consumables from klepto will instantly be used. Including potions at full hp and wards past the ward cap. The ward will also break your last placed if you already have the max amount down.
No, you still get both, they are all just used automatically. Gold becomes hold instantly, potions process, wards ward where you stand, etc.
