Her w is dodgeable, her r is dodgeable, her q is the only targeted spell - yet it doesn't do the mass of dmg.

Undodgable =/= Impossible to miss.

It's 100% up for Annie player to hit her spells, not for the opposing party to dodge them anyhow. Unless you have like 5 ping and godlike reflex to Zhonya 0.25 second casts.

Because Pantheon doesn't exist past the 20th minute mark and because he can't use all his spells before the stun ends.

Pantheon can't hit an entire team with an unavoidable AOE nuke and stun. All of his unavoidable abilities are single target, and only one of them is high damage.

You can avoid both of those abilities.

The ult is hilariously easy to avoid for a champion with mobility and perfectly possible even for immobile fucks like Darius.

The E can be interrupted by anything that stops channels or can be avoided by a dash (you might take some damage but not all).

Are you really unable to see the difference between Annie and Pantheon?

Ah you misread what i was talking about, he said it is 100% chance to hit, if the player can hit it - it aint about the other player dodging it. i said if it is 100% then why wouldn't pantheon be the same - like most fucking champions. Plz read

You have no idea what you are talking about and can barely type a coherent sentence.

His point was that the abilities in question (Annie's R and W) are effectively incapable of being dodged. The only way to miss them is to be incompetent. Annie's enemies have no way to actually avoid the abilities if Annie has aimed them properly. Unlike Pantheon's E or R.
