Tristana's passive
isn't it useless like you could take karthus's Q and do this: change 875 range to 800 range then make his passive "Karthus's Q is increased by 75" and nothing changes

She becomes the longest range adc passively (edging out even Jinx with fishbones by 3 range), while having her disengage ult and E gain range. So no, it's a really freaking good passive.
It's part of what makes her a hyper carry.
Not even close. It is very noticeable late game (and you can even kill Baron outside of baron pit through a wall)
