Sigh, I'm forced to be a support main.

I'm actually tired of it, because if I'm not a support, bot lane always loses with the autofilled adc's and supports. I gave up on laning because even if I win hard on top or mid (unless you're someone like yasuo or nasus), because the game is pretty much based on bot lane. If you lose bot, you lose game. You win bot, you win game. Now I have to babysit adc's, instead of going top lane for the sake of winning ranked and/or normals. I really want more people to learn support or bot lane, since I barely see any good ones (autofills).

One of us, one of us, one of us, one of us, one of us.

I actually like supporting, it is pure PvP, none of that clicky work of CSing.

Thing is, bot lane is where your ADC is. That's the bitch that kills objectives real fast. If you form a Raid and go gangbang the enemy bot lane whenever they respawn, then your ADC can get you a million turret plates + tower first blood + dragon.

Also, bot lane is where your support is. Generally, that's the bitch with the most CC on the team. Especially if you're a roam-happy mobile assassin like, oh, idk, Zed Talon Khazix Rengar Kayn Katarina Kassadin , you eat that shit up. You ain't got no CCs of your own to secure kills, since Riot has deemed that your class doesn't even deserve to have a reliable slow, so bot becomes the best place to go.

Then, with that in mind, you can look to everywhere else on the map. Top has Herald, but that doesn't spawn until 10 minutes in. People don't wanna just sit on their ult until 10 minutes, they want action ASAP. Plus, the enemy top laner is probably tanky as fuck. Maybe they aren't building full tank at that stage of the game, but ALL traditional top laners have an insane amount of effective HP. They can heal, they can shield, they can gain bursts of bonus resistance, they can ult and gain a couple hundred bonus health. Point is, they're gonna be hard as fuck to kill.

Mid? That's where the mages and assassins are. Assassins have all the mobility you can want, while mages are generally twoshotting waves from 1k units away by first back. One will never let you touch them, and the other will never let you get a wave under tower for the dive. Besides, what's there to get from mid? A kill? A few turret platings? Why go for pure gold, when you can get gold AND everything else by going bot? Besides, depending on if the enemy jungler tries a desperate counter, bot can have 2 to 3 ppl for your team to kill. That's a lot more gold.

Invading the enemy jungle is honestly even worse. One, it can be pretty annoying to catch junglers. A fuckton of walls, a crapload of bushes, and a lot of room to get collapsed on. Besides, just knowing where the jungler at takes a lot of game sense. You'll need both solid vision and a solid understanding of the enemy jungler's mindset to really predict where they will be to even start the fight.

Overall, it's really not just a problem of winning bot lane. Fed bot lanes win the game, but a lot of that is because the winning team focused their roam presence around bot lane and got all the things you could win in that area. Everybody who isn't bot lane can also get a lot of rewards from babysitting bot lane. You don't actually have to play support to win games either, just play a jungler/roaming mid.

I know the feeling, but I also have to press X to doubt here.

As someone who mains both halves of bot lane, I can say with certainty that there's been FAR more games I've lost after devastating the enemy bot lane and being 2v8 than I've lost just getting dumpstered. There's also been more games where I've been dumpstered and carried by my mid and top than I'd like to admit...though I'd say in general if I get dumpstered, usually our entire team has been dumpstered. Tbh, the blowout, one-sided games are almost always on account of people flaming...the ones where I get carried feel so much worse than the ones where our whole team is dogshit.

Also this new 4-5 man camp bot lane meta is absolute cancer to play against for everyone involved, specifically the team recieving the hard camp.

I hate to break it to you, but there aren't nearly as many autofills in the bot lane as it feels like.

Everyone likes to talk shit about "feeding bot lanes," but the truth of the matter is that a 2v2 is going to happen, and if you lose that, your lane is basically blown unless your jg intervenes. But really, you don't even have to 2v2 to lose the lane.

Sometimes you collapse on an invading jungler to protect your own jungle, but then lose out on some XP, so the lane is blown.

Sometimes one of you gets to the lane late and doesn't get to level 2 in time, so the lane is blown

Sometimes you take a little bit of damage during a level 1 skirmish and you arrive to lane hurt, so you get pressured off the wave, and then your lane is blown.

Once that advantage is given, unless your jungler comes and ganks, there is very little you can do to change the direction of the lane, unless your opponents royally fuck up. Oh and while you are behind, you have zero lane priority, which means that the enemy mid laner can invade the shit out of your jungle without punishment, or they can just 4 man the dragon while you are stuck at tower. Another fun bonus is that you arent even able scoot out of the lane long enough to ward against the guaranteed 4 man dive headed for your ass.

TLDR; The slightest ripples will completely tilt the bot lane in or out of your favor, and it's insanely hard to pull things back to neutral. This has never been the case for all that I can remember, and a lot of players haven't adjusted to this busted ass lane snowball.

So yea, bot lanes feed, because there's almost never an even lane there anymore, thanks to the fact that the slightest breeze will fuck you out of your CS and your tower, and there's fuckall you can do about it.
