Is saying "report x for int, afk, etc" over and over reportable?
I've seen a ton of people saying that and I feel like it counts as spam to be honest, but I'm not very sure.

Calling for reports is punishable.
yes. repeatedly saying to "report so and so" counts as harassment.
Calling for reports is NOT bannable.
To answer OP's question... Yes, doing it over and over is harassment. Doing it once isn't.
asking for reports is a bannable offense. usually only when combined with some other flame or repeated constantly
report calling falls under harassment but its only really bannable with other types of flaming present or other offences, so to answer no it isnt bannable on its own, but it does add on to a report for something like flaming
If you're using to harass people it's against the rules.
I really don't get it when someone in the game keeps on telling "everyone report pls". Does the amount of people reporting the same person make a change?
If somebody does this in a game. Remind them once that asking for reports counts as harassment, if they keep on calling for reports just mute him/her, keep on playing till the end and report that person.
I usually do that reminder to help them not make the mistake again and get punished for it
No reason and no benefits for calling others for report. Only one report per game has effect
