New Rule: You Can't Play a Champion in Ranked Until You Have at Least 20 Normal Queue Games on Them
Tired of first timers feeding during the first week of a new champion release.

Even 20th timers feed. I think a couple games is fine, 20 is too much, especially for the regions with only blind :x Yuck.
at least champ mastery 3... should be required for ranked
