I have lost my skill at this game.
just a week i could carry feeding useless animals on my teams. Now I'm either one of them or unable to carry them. I don't understand what happened to my skill Ive lost like 23 net win.

It's called "Runes Reforged." For Season 8, Riot has implemented Runes Reforged to cater toward casual players. With the addition to overloaded runes and overpowered champions, anyone can outplay anybody. By being able to one shot champions and towers, Riot has made it so the plays are more "flashy" which allow low skilled players to easily outplay higher skilled opponents. Also, the RNG elements in the game reduces the skill-gap.

Sometimes the enemy is smart enough to get 3 oracle censors to make sure you don't go behind their ADC or anywhere for that matter.
You probably been playing against better enemy opponents that they know how to beat you.
I recommend avoid ranked and maybe take a break. Happens to me often.
