Let's just talk about a near 10% spike (8.34 to be exact) increase in win rate due to the changes on her (and buffs) in 5.23. Considering 40.8% of her playerbase have played her only 1-5 games, and she still has that high of a win rate, that's pretty unfair if you ask me. I don't care what you do Riot, but I at least recommend removing her Q blind, and nerfing it's damage.

also essence reaver needs nerfs. at they very least they could have the decency of removing the 10% base cdr and 10% from crit.
honestly, they should just revert the essence reaver change alltogether and do what people actually asked for and just make the build path of the old item smoother.
