So yeah I take a break from LoL rank for a week and come back for my first game to be a riven mid lane and she feeds talon and rage quit. and what does Riot still do -21 LP for not being able to carry and win a 4v5. Maybe just maybe one day when this thread number reaches like 8972 they will fix it so when someone quit in the middle of a game they suffer a higher LP lost and a time ban and the others suffer a half lost or something. Now i'm going to play another game and win and get +16 and end the night at -5 because of a troll rage afker in game 1

Then a losing team devolves into everyone trying to blame game each other into intentionally AFKing so the rest of them only lose half LP.

It's not as simple as just "players lose less LP if someone AFKed".

if you know you will lose double LP and get a time ban for quitting a ranked game do you think more people will dodge to save others LP while losing twice as much? And I know its not that simple, make it have to be reported/ tied to x number of deaths and set a time limit to it like 15 pre 15 minutes.
