Why do I have to get a chat ban from a troll who frustrated me?

I understand a normal toxic person getting a chat ban. But i got one because of a troll ruining the game for me. Whythough? I HAVE TO hold in the frustration from a troll telling me he is fine with ruining the game for me and making me lose LP? I'm already annoyed that I had to lose LP, but to give me a chat baN? Its no wonder that trolls prosper in league, NOTHING IS BEING DONE. Like can we please get some attention on the community aspect of League? Skins and esports are important but so is your community. When people talk about LoL's community, the first thing mentioned is how toxic it is. Its not hard to see that its a problem. Lets do something about it please, player to Game devs.
