i can no longer press C when i spectate to see how many CDR/Lifesteal/Spellvamp do the players have

and it's really frustrates me beyond believe, because it tells you the HP per 5 gain, how much Crit chance do they have, ever since patch 5.9 this was gone, i looked everywhere in the patch notes but i found nothing

the momen they removed the clarity on spectated players' abilities (such as Nasus passive, it no longer tells you how much lifesteal does he have, or morgana's passive, or Trynd's Passive, etc..) i've been pressing C, to know how are they getting that ability back? or how did they crit without any crit items? and so on

i'd really appreciate it if they bring that back
