Sooo Very questionable. Lulus shield has longer duration. And 10% less Ap ratio. But almost twice smaller cd on lower lvls. Yes Lulu does not give AD but gives bonus dmg from Pix and can also cast slow from it. Ah yea. Lulu also can use her E as point and click damaging ability.

and in lane can even do more damage than Brand if played properly.
I dont even want to imagine what kind of disability that brand must have in order to get outdamaged by janna. But if players have such huge skill difference than brand will get outdamaged even by mage minion.
You can't engage and kill her in early lane because she has a decent starting movement speed, but not only that, she is ghosted and doesn't get creepblocked when she tries to trade. Add to that summon aery, w and scorch and she can do even more damage than Brand if played right.
This perfectly shows how you have no fucking idea what her kit even looks like. Small wonder you get owned by her.
She can auto you in lane and you can't auto back . Combine her movements speed and ghost with the 550! range !!!

Dude its 8% towards her. If you gonna ger screwed by that you wont land anything on any adc anyway cuz half of them has jumps/dashes/speedups.
-You can't dash because she can press Q two times. She can even harass with Q!!!! And if her Q fails she can always press R.
Her Q can be dodged. And it also has CD. Same with her ult.

Strongest basic point and click shield in the game belongs to Ivern. 5 more base shield and 10% More AP scaling. Less Cd as well... It last 2 seconds but ffs no shields lives that long under the burst. OR to karma - with mantra she shields for twice that Janna can do. Her shield also has smaller cd. Rakan ALSO can shield for more than janna due to higher scaling and actually having 2 charges...

Yea thats great. And karma gives MS. Taric gives armor. Orianna gives resistances. Lulu gives on-hit. Ivern gives aoe slow after delay. Sona shield actually has almost twice smaller CD and can go on 5 allies. Ad is great though. She can give you BF sword worth of AD or even more. Thats actually sweet.
