I just had to dodge because a guy banned 2 of our recommanded champions. I wanted to use my new skin as Bard, he bans bard. Then another guy bans Kalista, our adc's choice. I'm assuming they were a duo because they both were laughing. Can we do something about this?

You did exactly what you could have done and should have done. By dodging you might have to wait a little bit before going into the next game but you lose far less LP than dealing with the teammates who were obvious trolls.
