I don't get what this post is trying to point out.

i think he is trying to point out that is broken as hell too.

which it is.. but i don't see how that makes E any better.

that's someone with 100 million dollars saying he isn't rich because he isn't the only person with 100 million dollars.

(somehow saying that reminded ms of pro sports and politics at the same time) and YES IS seriously broken..

if you use Q to acivate your barrel the explosion does.. (sec let me do the math) 120 + 100%AD +180 bonus champ damage + it counts as a basic attack from so thats 200% more damage plus it can crit, so u double that on a crit. and then it ignores 40% of you armor. and an 80% slow

so overall with a 300 damage + 300% AD + crit + 40% armor pen. and an 80% slow WEE but overloaded... for a non ultimate ability in a decently sized aoe,, even if it does take 2 barrels to use properly .. that's still only a 14 second cooldown with 40% cdr and if u had 3 changes before the fight its only a 7 second cooldown to use it again
