I am an Otp Kassadin Main which have been playing with him some years ago and i found him as a fun, situational, and interesting champ. Now, Kassadin is my more Trustworthy cham and i have developed new strategies to fight his famous counter and to the better in lane. Looks pretty solid, I am not sure I would mejai's all the time but that is really just optional depending on the game.

The only thing that I would add is an option for spell pen, sudden impact might help with that as an option.

And I am not sure I would run TP but that's just personal preference I think.

Also I wouldn't lvl w first, q lvl 1 helps farm a bit since kass can get zoned pretty easily since most ap mids have range. But you have a decent explanation of why you go w first, so that's good.

I haven't played kass in awhile so I haven't tried your build but it looks pretty good, and has reasonable notes explaining the choices etc. Good job!
