New Cleaver on Skarner?

Since the new skin came out, and since he used to be one of my favorite junglers, I started thinking. Anyone think new Cleaver would be worth it on him?

His high attack speed plus Q means he'll apply the stacks quickly, and could even apply them to multiple people if he catches them in his Q. The health will stack nicely with Cinderhulk. The Rage passive helps him chase.

Maybe it's me, but I have a hard time building Triforce while jungling on any champ, unless you snowball, since gold is sparce. New Cleaver could be a good replacement for Skarner, giving him the Rage passive, more health, some CDR, and the armor shred. Maybe this plus Iceborne could be a tanky Triforce replacement.

Any suggestions? I'm just wondering what others may think.
