Questions about Adaptive Helm.

Is the passive able to be used with multiple spells at the same time? For example, if were to cast her Q on a champion with the item built, and then do her usual E spam, would the damage reduction passive apply to both the Q and E? I guess what I'm saying is that does their exist an ability "slot" with the item that says "you take less damage from this spell for the duration" and if you were to alternate spells, could you essentially replace the spell in the slot with a new one and negate the passive altogether?

I asked this and was told it should reduce all instances of that damage. So yes, it should reduce damage from all of Cass' QWE, and at once.

No, do not believe people telling you otherwise. It works against ONE EFFECT OR SPELL ONLY. It is in the description and this is exactly how it works. The first spell or effect to deal magical damage to you will get reduced for the duration. No other spells, just the first one to hit you. Walk into a teemo shroom? Great, you take way less damage from the shroom now. Cassio hit her Q on you? You take less damage from the Q, but her E still deals full damage. This is important, because this item is really bad in most cases and only good against situations where you do have to play against a Teemo or Kog'Maw.

DO NOT BUY THIS if you need a MR item. Buy literally anything else with MR on it.
