I'll just start off by saying that yes, this game I got extremely angry because I got trolled and then harassed at the start of the game. My support ran into the enemy jungle and died twice, then I asked him if he was trolling and told him to play like it, he ran midlane and fed another kill, causing my midlaner to dc. I'm not saying I didn't deserve the suspension but I do feel it's slightly unfair and I'm mainly just here to vent. I'm also slightly confused as to how I got instantly 14 day suspended and then provided one game as example, not quite sure how the IFS works.

In addition to the chat logs you provided, it looks like you intentionally fed your last game.

I think the jump to the 14-day ban was warranted.

The instant feedback system is cumulative:

First you get a 10 game chat restriction
Next you get a 25 game chat restriction
Then you get a 14 day ban
Finally you're permabanned

Anything that gets you a 10 game chat restriction can get you permabanned if you keep it up enough.

You can skip punishment tiers for being particularly out of line (if you post your chatlog and see anything replaced with "%%%", that's particularly out of line).
