Could We get a buff in 5.20 on Aatrox to make him a consistent champion?

I feel that the god of war is not that scary as a wandering blind man when it comes to the actual game. I understand riot wants to rework Aatrox because his kit goes against their design concepts/rules, but could we have a small buff to make him enjoyable to play like and more consistent like the old Urgot Buffs?

I've played multiple games as my favorite character A-Aron and I feel that to be ahead in the game with Aatrox you have to try 4x as hard then any other fighter or initiator in the game, and if you pull it off then it isnt as rewarding as any other initiation from other initiators or dueling as other fighters. I have been insulted multiple times for picking Aatrox in games (kinda like if you picked old Eve )

I suggest these ideas: -Buff his Q knock up range because a 75 unit knock up is very small (you could maybe do something similar to Rek-Sai W) -Lower his cooldown on his E and Q -higher BONUS AD ratio on his E (60% to 80% sounds good)
