He doesn't need one he has a Giant Glowing Line going up to league heaven and raining down tons of dmg on people

Which is why a global quote would fit so well with it. However, the argument against it, is that it would add too much noise clutter. If that is the case, why does Aatrox's have a global sound effect?

Noise Clutter? that's a lackluster argument from the people who are against it Yasuo Karthus with a voice line (Probably "YOUR FATE APPROCHES" or something like that) would be less cluttery than yasuo yell Hasagi every 5 seconds

To be fair, Yasuo's tornado lacks audio ques, so him going HASAGI isn't that bad.

He's probably the one champ who deserves a global quote over someone like Kalista. I'd go back to maining him if he got that honestly.

Karthus doesn't have a global activation sound? I thought he says a quote or something. But yeah i think a global activation sound on karthus will be pretty nice.
