Ziggs goes bot because of turr fb

Yes, ziggs does kind of fit the role of an adc, as a sustained damage dealer (with his q and passive) who sits on the backline and needs peel.

but i think the main reson he is viable bot lane is because their is no turr fortification bot. and combine this with ziggs passive double damage on turr and an execute when it gets low, and thats an easy 1000 gold given throughout team.
