Better question why does condemn stack silver bolts? Why does silver bolts do more damage to squishy targets the the tanks its made to kill? why can Vayne go stealth forcing you to waste money on pinks that have little to no real effect? Why does she get a ton of extra damage from her ult? Why is she impossible to get away from thanks to the stupid amount of movement she gets from her ult? Why is her kit more overloaded then thresh?

It, um, doesn't. (the flat true damage, however, could definitely be removed. But Silver Bolts does deal more damage to targets with more health.)

Because it's her ultimate. Riven gets more range and a ranged execute, etc etc. Most ultimates are unique in some aspect, I don't see the point in complaining about a specific one unless it's completely overloaded. Vayne's is pretty standard.

lB2kGRlc8y1 votesYea, I'll agree that that's the arbitrary reason people spout about it, but in reality I don't think Balance has been on the forefront of Riot's decisions as of late, what with the champions being butchered (Vei/Zil/Cass) the ones nerfed into oblivion (Kass) and enforcement of lane compositions guiding every nerf there is. If Riot didn't force Bot lane to have an ADC and a support, champions who were good against that composition wouldn't be being dismembered (Vei again). What makes Vayne such cancer is that she has the mobility of an assassin, the damage of a melee bruiser and the scaling of a hyper carry. Her lane weakness used to be one of her only balancing factors, but that really isn't the case anymore, so there's nothing there.
