It only took them 7 years to realize we dont want three hit passives and make one what is a 4 hit active :D

It's a passive with a cooldown. Seems to me like this will actually offer more gameplay than it would if it was an active, honestly.
The way they worded it it seems like it's a passive that has a CD so it's not "EVERY" four hits.
You're making some pretty good progress too. Only took you 2 years to hit silver 5.
