These masteries and the classification of Teemo's passive as invisibility are very nice buffs to Teemo. I actually thought he would come out behind because of some more assassins becoming viable picks and the ward changes, but looks pretty good. Glad to see a time where he's gonna be dominant. Hope he's not banned every game.
