What needs balance: Less armor, less ad, more ap (a bit), less cost on &$#@-ing ap items. What needs fixes: more bug fixes (aka Getting hit by an auto attacking during bard ult is not okay. Or getting knocked up and stuck in a bard tunnel/blastcone. Getting 1 shot by Lee Sin flying with q in the jungle when he gets stuck glitching between walls and his q continues to overclock on damage while tailing your champ with a foot raised up. Or running while having about 10 hp left and the enemy champ does not have, liandry, deathfire touch, ignite, or any damage over time and still dying with 10 hp for no absolute reason...) That's what needs fixing, please fix the dang thing. Bard is one of the most glitchy champ in game mainly due to his portals and ult...
