Is there point in time this game will have a true level of balance?

In my honest opinion this game has been completely wrecked. At this point in time there are nearly 140 champions with a new one to come already? Between that and all the items within the shop, how can you attempt to properly balance your game? Not to mention the fact that your Ranked System isn't just flawed its totally pointless. You say there is some equation or calculation as to how LP is gained or lost. That's a huge load of crap, you win: you gain; you lose: its negated. In systems such as SC2 you can actually move up the ladder from a loss because the game calculates your points based of mechanical play and ability. Your system is nothing more than a penalty for rolling the dice and hoping you get a cohesive team that not only doesn't or berate one another, but that don't just feed to force people farther down the ladder.

Your changes for next season will do absolutely nothing to counter that. Yes you're making a dynamic ladder and a solo ladder. But both factions still play in the same games together and are awarded points under the same circumstances. So you're essentially making more work for yourself to give the impression that you're making a difference.

Not to mention people have already figured out that champions are being unfairly balanced around skins. How does that show fairness and promote competitive play? You say ashe is too strong, but hey she has a skin coming out soon so, lets just leave her be for a couple more weeks. And the semblance of role in the game has been obliterated. How many games do you see cheesy things like fizz, ekko, or karma tank. You can't kill them yet they do the most damage of their entire team? However if I play a traditional tank and build resistances to counter them... well I get squashed in about a second because "tanks aren't in the meta".

You need to find a median where all classes are relevant to the game. And in my honest opinion... you need to remove at least half of the champions in the game. How many champs sit around with no one playing them til you do some wonky rework then, oh hey they're OP and can't be stopped. Then for the next 2 patches you're nerfing them... but hey that new champ is just around the corner. So you can't possibly tell me you're focused enough to give the game a true balance and competitive nature.

Then we have to hit the note of players being actually REWARDED FOR DOING WELL. If I play a match with my wife, she wards, pings mias, plays safe, groups with the team, finishes the game positive. We lose and all of that work is negated and she's penalized. It's completely demoralizing to try so hard, work on getting better, change builds, runes, masteries, look up videos, tips and hints. Then when you put it all in action whether it goes good or bad has no bearing on the actual game. The team that wins is the team that has the most broken champ in the game.

Finally we have to sit back and look at the community itself. If we have a troll, feeder, or afk. The team that wins?... refuses to report or do anything morally decent to help stop things like that from negatively impacting players experience. And honestly I've waited years before I've actually posted anything on your message boards because last time I did. Players looked up my rank and completely disregarded anything that I put up, stating that I was just a bronze noob and I either needed to uninstall or play normals. How demoralizing is that? However you promote that kind of activity, because those people are rewarded. Every season your pool of players within bronze gets larger. That's not a good thing.

Sc2 also implemented a system that worked to push players up the ladder to at least gold. However if players truly TRULY lacked the skills to understand mechanics and details they remained in bronze. But they wanted players to feel rewarded for increasing their skill in the game.

I've played this game since Beta, and in my tenure on the game I've been as high as G5. But the older this game got the worse the matches were, the more trolling and smurfs picked up. And now I spend every season locked in S5 with a VAST majority of other players getting matched up against B2 and B! players (because that makes total sense).

When will you truly give us something that we can look forward to? When will this game promote a positive community and when will it actually stand to prove that video games still require a competitive level of play and intelligence. If I wanted to play a meaningless game where I mashed buttons to win... I'd go buy Call of Duty.

No, it will never be "balanced."
