How broken does your game get?

I seriously want to know. You have players taking singed top and rushing 5 dark seals to abuse the passive for corrupting potion ... mind you with no risk involved. Then you buff kalista... who I just played against and rushed 5 daggers; which she turned into a runaans and recurve bow. The fact that you're phasing ADC out of the game is one thing. But seriously... champions that win buy building pure attack speed?

Are you ever going to manage to balance your game or are you going to accept that its beyond your control and you need to just take the servers down. This game is nothing more than an abomination. Every season you rank queues become more toxic and your bronze tier population grows. You truly think every change you make increases the difficulty and skill of your game and that's why the low end population is growing? You need to take a serious look at this game, because strategy no longer exists in it. You find what posted on youtube, or you can even find what you, RIOT, announces is broken and that you understand there is an issue with it being overpowered (yet you dont ban it or set it out of the game).

Assassins basically own the game as it is ... and every patch you're buffing them? Why dont you take the turrets and objectives out of the game and just have a free for all map. Then maybe there wont be so much false advertising about the "intelligence level" thats required to play this.
