Fizz compensation a little too much?

Fizz Seastone Trident (W): Passive's AP ratio increased from 33.3% to 40% Active's AP ratio increased from 33.3% to 40% Charged Active's AP ratio increased from 100% to 120% Damage changed from 25/40/55/70/85 to 20/30/40/50/60

Is there a reason he has to be compensated this much? I get they want to encourage people to build ap more, but I can only see this as creating more problems down the road. And quite frankly, me as well as many others are tired of seeing Fizz. I personally wouldnt mind if he were out of the meta for a while.

"I don't like this champion, it shouldn't be good", is not a justifiable reason for something to be nerfed. That said, should the Fizz changes leave him to well scaling, odds are power will be redistributed in his kit.

Okay so to be perfectly fair, his W leaves Fizz the most vulnerable depending on which combo you use. When you put that on top of how much squishier he'll be if he builds AP to capitalize on this, it's a fair compensation.

ap fizz is perfectly fine and balanced.

Theese changes are aimed at tank top fizz, which is really the problem.
