Question about summoner names

Just wondering if there can be people who have the same summoner name but play on different servers? or are summoner names completely unique. thanks in advance!

I'm not sure if I fully understand your question, but names are unique to each server not over all. So there can be an AIQ on NA and another on EUW and KOR.

To add onto what AIQ said, you can use : https://lolnames.gg/en/ to check if that name is taken and names that can be claimed in the future!
