A proposed idea for Ohmwrecker
[ACTIVE] BLACKOUT (Global Active)- For 2.5 seconds ALL enemy towers (excluding fountain turrets), enemy base gates, enemy homeguards, and enemy fountain regeneration are deactivated. A global power outage sound is created, similiar to Sion's ult. This effect cannot be used again for 30 seconds.
OVERCHARGE - After BLACKOUT, ALL enemy turrets (including enemy fountain turret) gain double attack, attack speed, range, and armor/magic resist for 2.5 seconds. Enemy homeguards and fountains have extremely increased effects for 2.5 seconds as well.
The idea I'm going with for Ohmwrecker is to have a high risk and high reward. It allows teammates from other lanes to help each other from afar while severely punishing them if they don't kill the enemies within a 2.5 second window. Another thing Ohmwrecker can do is to have a chance for teammates to kill enemies at their fountains, but if they don't, enemies can have a fast chance to recover.
The way I see it, Ohmwrecker will never be popular (or at least in solo que) unless it receives a radical change.
