Rework/Disable Surrender for Solo Queue.
Duo's make it impossible to surrender. Duo's that get in arguments surrender on rages. You need to duo to avoid losing promo's to surrender votes that make 0 sense...
Ect...ect it's a broken system.

I like this idea, actually. It's worded weirdly, but yeah. Too often do you see Duos trolling, and blocking surrenders. I've wasted hours of my life for the petty entertainment of a duo. Simply requiring one less YES vote for a surrender to be successful in a game with a trio or duo would be swell.

Sorry for the difficult to understand format of my earlier post. I was typing it up in champ select after a very frustrating loss. When you are 19/6/15, seconds away from a quadra_(excluding a miracle play)_ and your team surrenders because they just lost a 4v5 with the ADC dead... it irks you.
Personally I think duo's should be considered a single vote. While I wish surrender would be removed entirely.... the system as is doesn't work as intended. Thus a duo voting no would lose the vote 3:1
Either you duo to prevent surrenders, or you duo to increase the chance of a surrender. While I duo a good bit myself _(because of my IRL schedule) _ it's sometimes hard to catch any of my buds online.
Duo's who disagree on the vote would have their votes counted individually.
However if you and your duo are constantly disagreeing on surrendering.. you most likely won't be duoing together for very long. :)
Either remove the system(my vote) or fix the troll prone aspects of it. (Talking solo ranked queue only here people)
just remove the option to duo, why the fuck are you able to play with someone else in solo queue, not having an equal skilled or better player on at all times should not put me at a huge disadvantage.
