Not surrendering in a lost game should be considered trolling

And reportable. Why? Because it's wasting everyones time.

Hard to say. We've all been in games where we KNOW we should lose but the enemy team have thrown. Sometimes you CAN still win, even with an open nexus.

That having been said I do understand your pain, and holding people "hostage" is already a reportable offence under griefing.

I have this problem a lot because I am low silver and bad players don't seem to want to surrender for some reason. The problem is also even if you win 1 out of 20 of "lost games" you still wasted so much time on the 19 games you did not win so imo a slight chance of winning is not an argument to play on.

I understand, I'm only high silver myself (though I've only played 123 ranked games this season so it's my own fault >.<) and I do know the pain. Sadly it really comes down to carry potential at the moment, mainly form the top lane imo. Get good with someone like Darius and snowball and you can easily 1v5. I play midlane with Malzahar so always look towards roaming for kills and getting my laners ahead (yey for the midlane mage support meta >.<).

Anyway, while I understand your pain, I can't see it changing but (thought the 15 minute surrender vote is planned to be changed to 4 vote success instead of 5

lol, well yeah I guess you're right, but I feel the same way about gold :P
