Why does b2 love to throw games on purpose?

Clickbait title :)

I've realized, that in order to rise, I must discover what makes each league bad. I've risen about a rank a week for the past month, right now I'm still figuring out b2.

b5 : surrender when enemy is slightly ahead. 1/3 of games end in surrender, most winnable. Solution: Spend most of game chatting so your team doesn't vote to throw. b4 : focus on kills, not giving up. It's clear that what makes you rise out of a league is present here. Solution: Spend most of game focused on objectives, knowing your team will keep the enemy off you as they chase kills. b3: focus on objectives, mostly ignoring kills except the odd chase. Will ignore teamate running away from a kill if there is an objective nearby. Solution: Guard the your objective hungry team, knowing that they will ignore anyone attacking them until the objective is dead. This way they live longer and actually get the tower, baron, etc, more often. b2: I haven't figured it out yet, so I'm not sure what the solution is. I have noticed, however, that people care more about kill steals in this league, and gold in general, and have seen people throw the game when they it doesn't go exactly how they imagined. This is especially true for falling silvers, who often complain about how bad the teams they get are, almost unaware about how the enemy is just as bad.

Any tips?

Yeah honestly Bronze imo is a difficult elo if you don't know how to deal with them. Just play hard carry or split push champs. /mute all and just care only about your lane. Don't play adc and don't pick a champ just because your team needs ap or a tank. Go what you're comfortable with. I personally one tricked Jax jungle to b1, then one tricked garen to s5.

You have not seen silver 5. If you get to silver 5, you will wish you were in bronze 2.

Just had a game where I declared cass. Our jg didn't like that so he banned her (so I couldn't pick). Forced to play viktor (who I'm not the best on). My team tries to invade 2-man onto KRUGS (yes krugs of all things), enemy yas picks up a double kill.

Needless to say, my entire team feeds. their. ass. off. in the first 10 minutes. I was 2/0, cruising, hitting the yasuo, even killing him. By 10 minutes it was 2-15, and I had the only 2 kills (and none of the deaths).

I then die to a gank that was (somewhat) my fault but I likely wouldn't have been able to escape no matter what. IMMEDIATELY after I die jg flames hard, starts convincing all chat that I'm trolling/inting (even though I'm 2/1 and he's 1/4), and I'm pretty sure the enemy team reported me.

Maybe the words themselves don't do justice, but silver 5 is so so so much worse.

But that was a rant. Sorry for making you read that. Basically, ranked is devoid of almost any fun at any ELO. Out of bronze, b3 is easily the best ELO. b2 is meh and I find that people will not care about communicating so the chat is dead the whole game and people don't ping. b1 is full of people who got demoted from silver but think they are platinum. b4 is also pretty good because these ppl genuinely want to climb (for the most part) and will try to win. B5 is for people who don't care and treat ranked like a normal game.

Ranked sucks. It's horrible. If you want to have fun with the game, play normals. If you develop anger issues IRL in ANY FORM you need to stop playing. I'm not saying you are, but it happened to me, made my life hell. I lowered my ranked games from 3 to 1 per day. Even on that 1 per day I get tilted so hard because silver 5 players are disgusting trash sometimes (like actual scum).

I'll always empathize with ya :)
