Why does b2 love to throw games on purpose?
Clickbait title :)
I've realized, that in order to rise, I must discover what makes each league bad. I've risen about a rank a week for the past month, right now I'm still figuring out b2.
b5 : surrender when enemy is slightly ahead. 1/3 of games end in surrender, most winnable. Solution: Spend most of game chatting so your team doesn't vote to throw. b4 : focus on kills, not giving up. It's clear that what makes you rise out of a league is present here. Solution: Spend most of game focused on objectives, knowing your team will keep the enemy off you as they chase kills. b3: focus on objectives, mostly ignoring kills except the odd chase. Will ignore teamate running away from a kill if there is an objective nearby. Solution: Guard the your objective hungry team, knowing that they will ignore anyone attacking them until the objective is dead. This way they live longer and actually get the tower, baron, etc, more often. b2: I haven't figured it out yet, so I'm not sure what the solution is. I have noticed, however, that people care more about kill steals in this league, and gold in general, and have seen people throw the game when they it doesn't go exactly how they imagined. This is especially true for falling silvers, who often complain about how bad the teams they get are, almost unaware about how the enemy is just as bad.
Any tips?
